Visited here for breakfast this morning, generous portions everything well cooked and tasty, staff very friendly and polite, very good coffee too. Will definitely be returning and definitely to be recommended. Well done indeed 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Paid another visit today for a rather late breakfast, second visit only confirmed the findings of the first ie everything well cooked and tasty, bacon and fried egg roll for the wife and a very generous black pudding, haggis , beans, hash brown and toast for me. Delicious food exceptionally friendly staff and yes the coffee was spot on again. Can't wait to try the lunch menu ( next time I'm visiting my daughter unfortunately) Again 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 11/11/22 Visited today at lunchtime and was disappointed to be offered a very restricted menu choice of toastie/panini/soup due to closing early on Fridays. Such a shame a great café is only open 4 and a half days each week.

This is one of the best transport cafes I have had the pleasure of eating in (or out of since covid rules apply) well worth a visit for a real breakfast with all of the good humored banter you would expect from a real transport cafe. The owners and staff are always glad to see you, the food quality & portion sizes cannot be beaten, and the prices are also really good, I can highly recommend this place if you are hungry, says Flanny.

I arrived in my lorry just as they had closed. As a result I couldn't pay by card.....and I didn't have any cash! The owner offered to take me to a cash machine. As the cafe was closed and I'll be away before it opens, I can't say what the food is like but I gave a good rating for the great friendly service. A shame because the food and prices looked good.
