The food was surprisingly good, the service was fair, however, the toilets were a mess. The outlet was untidy.

I really just wanted to leave a review of how amazing a job Dominik and Crew done last night, I seen so many people being utterly rude and still they gave 100% every time. Dominik at dealing with customers who were less than polite in fact downright rude but stil was being the picture of customer service. The rest of the crew at still giving amazing food despite getting busy and tbh overrun with people.

Greatly improved since last visit, food was much better and staff were happy, welcoming and friendly. Toilets were accessible and clean. Perhaps some mariachi music would help improve the atmosphere!

This is a Taco Bell, for a British audience it may be a bit strange but having lived in the states I can say that the experience is similar.
Food is a matter of personal taste so I can only go by whether the food was prepared as you would expect it. I know that I don't like the fries as they have too much dust on them but that's what I would expect.
The sign in the front of the shop could be a bit cleaner but these guys are busy and the food preparation area is clean and the staff are friendly.
What else to say? It's a Taco Bell and it's true to the brand. Go and give it a try for something that isn't a burger and won't cost a fortune.

Extremely impressed with Taco Bell, food was delicious & prompt service. Also offers a 15% discount for NHS or Students. The prices were also very cheap & ingredients seemed fresh. Staff members friendly & helpful

Touch screens to order, friendly and efficient staff. The veggie bean chalupa was delicious and the bean burrito hit the spot. Our food was good but why does taco bell only have diet drinks with aspartame? Gross, can only drink the water to avoid sweeteners.

Golden Arches a few doors a long but decided on a whim to try Taco Bell. Wise choice absolutely fantastic meal deal we both really enjoyed and the restaurant was absolutely spotless. Fair play on making sure the place is immaculate especially during covid

After reading all the other comments, it sounds more like a delivery issue. They had 20 different drivers lined up outside getting 2 to 3 orders each. Just don't get delivery! I was thrilled to get Taco Bell I haven't had any for almost 6 years ( when I left USA). Have been there twice now and have not had any problems with the food or service. Yes they are new and learning. Hopefully they will get into a good rhythm soon and people will enjoy it more.
*UPDATE*
Went back for lunch today and as we were waiting for our food, a delivery driver arrived asking for his order. No problem, they got it and took it out to him when he opened his bag to put the food in the worker told him he couldn't put the food in the bag because it was dirty with spilled food and he was told they can't allow the customer to get the food with yucky all over it. The driver was upset and left. I hope whoever was waiting for the order doesn't take it out on taco bell. They were trying to be safe and hygienic.
