Worst Sub Ever, Total Waste of Money I would have gave 0 stars if possible. If you want to customize your sub forget it, they want you to order by number. There also is no choice other than a tasteless white bread sub bun. The entire order for 4 people was messed up. They gave my husband a very hard time about leaving the meat, cheese and sauces off my sub. The finally relented, but went I opened it it was covered in sauce as was his. The other 2 subs had the incorrect sauce as well and parents could not even finish them as they tasted so bad.

Awesome sandwich, tasted quite tasty. Must have been real cheese and not the plasticly stuff most joints use. Awesome cookies. I recommend microwaving them 10-15 seconds in microwave to add delight. they even had a bird or maybe it was a guy in a crow suit deliver my food. If it was a bird, maybe there is something about their sandwiches, that maybe they feed to birds to make them human like enough to dress them up in Jimmy John's gear and deliver food

I order from the Adrian, MI store quite often, but somehow they always seemed to get customized condiments wrong, so I started just to order what came standard on the sandwich. Today I ordered for delivery, I work in the health field so it's hard to leave work with limited time. Its been over 1 hour and 40 mins still no delivery when I called to inquire the manager said the driver has 12 deliveries around town, however I received a message saying my sandwich was out for delivery an hour ago. 1 hour to drive around with a cold sandwich is not good food service. Im sorry to say they just lost a customer and I'll be sure to share with my coworkers as well

Not my favorite sub but the staff was friendly, the service quick and the sub was good. This was my first visit and there was a lot on the menu to take in so it's likely I just needed more time to look it all over before ordering, I anticipated an oven baked sub. Although disappointed in the cold cut sub, it was fresh and tasty, I was quite full and satisfied!
