Old China Super Buffet

My husband and I stopped in to the establishment for dinner last night. We were terribly disappointed. The fried chicken was raw in the middle. The sausage links were pink in the middle. The usually good poached salmon was dry,, fried shrimp was burnt, and all the other meat products with sauce on them were I ver cooked and dry. We won't be going back. Others were complaining also.

Food was hot, and tasty. However, the Gen. Taco chicken and the Sesame Chicken were either freezer burned or overcooked. There were areas of most bites that were dried out and tough. Sauces used were tasty, but not as hot as expected. It seems southern Mich. hot is just a tickle compared to what we are used in Minnesota. Fried rice had a nice flavor and not dried out or greasy as some Chinese place do. Sauted broccoli very tasty Huge amounts of food. We ordered plates for each of us and got enough food for the next night as well. Overall, I'd come back again, especially if the buffet is open.
