Taco Bell

I went the other day and waited over 45 minutes for food. It was to the the point where people behind us were yelling out their windows telling people to hurry. It was bad. Another review just went and in my order was 3 cheasy chicken chipotle melts. They rang up 6 we asked to get a refund for the 3 extra items and they refused. They wanted to substitute my items for a few cinibon things. Then out of no where they give me the $6. Then the 3 melts I did get were so tiny and skimpy. I am extremely disappointed.

I understand that it's hard to keep up with the demands of customers, but when there are 4 cars in the drive through and 2 people inside, it shouldn't take 5 people 40 minutes to complete 5 orders. I started eating the free hot sauce packets. I personally recommend the hot flavor as I feel it has the best taste at the perfect spice level.

I should've listened to the other reviews on Yelp. There was a long wait for my food and I was the second car in line (20 mins total). They were out of large cups and charged regular price for a combo. When confronted about the switch, the woman at the window said it wasn't their fault because the warehouse was running low. I inquired about a discount and she reiterated the same thing. I said that it wasn't the customers fault they were running low either and you are overcharging customers. She retorted my manager says there isn't anything we can do because it isn't our fault, it's the warehouse. I asked for a refund and they gave me a second medium drink. The cheese rollups weren't warm and the cheese wasn't melted at all. I should've went to the one across town, or waited until I found a different town/city.

I been to a lot of Taco Bell’s - the absolute worst - s.main . I watched more money leave the drive they then that stayed . 20mins per car !?!? Lol. Like come on now. It’s Taco Bell - 1 worker can move faster then that . Your not building keeps or houses or saving lives - it’s a taco ??? If I owned this place I would be disappointed to say the least - food was tossed together like they’re moving fast butttt I waited 40 mins . Confused - wait that long them tacos should have been 1 million percent fresh /hot . Not the case - won’t return
