I was disappointed with the pizza. Normally when we order it is really good and hot. This time it took over an hour, almost an hour and a half, to get the pizza delivered and it was warm almost cold when it arrived. The driver offered no explanation as to why it was late. Not sure if we will order again, which is sad as we do not have many pizza options in Adrian.

Disappointed, As I never want to be that person. We usually have great pizza from here. Today, my pick up time was 25min. Long story short it took a total of 51min and Our Pizza was well over done..

Awesome as always. Good crust. Great sauce. No delivery to me, I'm 10 minutes away from them. I'll have to drive to get any food around here. Everything is only 10 to 12 minutes away.

My husband and I both ordered the Italian deli boats, and they were just shy of inedible! The bread was not cooked all the way and it was dripping grease...on a sandwich that featured ham and one almost invisible slice of salami, where did all that grease even come from?! This Jets has gone so downhill!

We are new to the area and looking for pizza delivery. I called Jets before ordering to ask if they would deliver to our address and was pleasantly surprised when the lady said yes. I placed my order and paid over the phone. About 45 minutes later a man called and said they don't deliver here. They also don't offer curbside pickup. My money is supposed to be refunded tomorrow. Terrible customer service. Hello Pizza Hut.
