Columbus Mitre 10 Mega Albany

Need to share this because I actually went to Bunnings first; not a soul greeted me, no assistance, no staff in sight, I wondered around aimlessly trying to find the items I needed. Mitre 10 Albany; absolute opposite experience, greeted at door, asked if I needed help finding anything, staff everywhere, all productive and aware of people around them. The young lady who looked after me was outstanding. I purchased nearly $1100 worth of goods, (AirNZ fly points - bonus!). She even helped me load my car. Congrats Mitre 10, exceptional service 👏

I was fortunate to be looked after by Izzy in the lighting department, she has an exceptional manner, very approachable, cust service extraordinaire, my purchase was simple and yet I didn't know what to do, I didn't know how to access the WiFi, she was patient, and communicated well, very knowledgeable not only with products but tech savvy. My life saver. Thank you :)
