After recently trying Papa John's for the first time ever, I would give this location 100 stars if possible! My food is always hot and it's great not full of grease. Definitely will be ordering a lot more. The workers are fantastic 👏 the delivery fantastic 👏. Thanks guys we do not have a lot of decent places to eat anymore in albertville. So I am extremely happy I decided to try this location

Ordered pizzas for my daughter's birthday party. The pizzas were hot fresh and delicious. When I picked up my order the restaurant appeared to be cleaned and the staff were courteous.

We ordered from here and our pizza wasn't correct and our wings were not done. They were suppose to make a note of it. Well we called today and only the pizza was on there. They wanted to argue about the wings and get rude cause the other manager did not make a note of it and they refused to call them. Won't be back to these a holes

former employee here, if you’re a hispanic customer, which i know is a big majority of our customers, u may want to consider dominos instead, i was fired after arguing with a manager for saying hispanics need to “go back to where they came from”. he’s still employed at papa johns

I placed a delivery order and literally 21 minutes after I hung up the phone the guy was knocking on my door with our food! We're on the third floor of Microtel Hotel now that's some fast service! The guy was very nice and the food is absolutely excellent and very very hot and fresh! Papa John's never disappoints! Except for pissing off his neighbors with his helicopter in Kentucky LOL
