Thai Orchid

I’m trying to like this place but today made it hard and not coming back. Ordered 42. Curry Noodles Chicken, Tofu or Veggies 🌶️ $13.00 Choice of meat, stir fried flat rice noodles with yellow curry powder, coconut milk, onions, celery, bell pepper and vegetables. Chose veggies only! Questioning those 2 pieces as broccoli as veggie portion? !!!!

This was the worst meal I have EVER had! The 2 hour Uber delivery meal weals a waste of time and money. The Curry noodles were soggy, flavorless, and the noodles were over a 1/4” thick, which tasted of wet flour. The Stuffed chicken wings were greasy, and only tasted of oil. The fried spring rolls were mediocre at best.

I called to see what they’d recommend: Yellow curry Green curry House noodles Curry noodles Oxtail soup Garlic chicken Cashew chicken Coconut milk soup Lemongrass soup Pad Thai Shrimp or tofu We ended up ordering Fresh Spring Rolls, Garlic Chicken, Pad Thai (shrimp), House Noodles, and Yellow Curry. YUMMY! The owners were very kind/friendly, patient, and had great customer service over the phone and while I was grabbing our food at the restaurant. There were lots of cars parked in front of their restaurant waiting for their call to grab their food. They had a 1 hour waiting time for us but i received a call 30 mins after ordering saying our food was ready so that was a plus! I HIGHLY recommend their DELICIOUS food!!

Dine in or take out, I consistently get high quality Thai food here. The Plah Shrimp (pictured) is phenomenal! And their Rama and Angel Noodles are also family favorites. Friends have tried some of their Americanized dishes and raved about them. Basically, if you want the freshest ingredients and the most consistant recipes, this is the place to go!

One of the best Thai places in town. Usually pretty busy at lunch as the restaurant is small, but take-out times are always quick. Food is made to order, so sometimes it can take a minute. Consistency is great and the price is very reasonable for the portion size. (I almost always leave with leftovers.)
