Pizza Hut

Ordered a pizza and when we got home and opened the box, it’s missing a slice of pizza. Tried to call the number to complain but been on hold for a very long time so I had to drive again to go to their store to return the pizza. The manager told me that they will just replace the pizza. At first I wanted to refund my money back and not get any pizza but then my kids were hungry already so I just took the managers offer to just replace the pizza. No, they did not offer a refund, they just replaced the pizza. They didn’t explain to me what happened. I’m really disappointed with their service.

My order was in very poor quality. Both pizzas I ordered were dry and kinda hard, or tough, I should say. And they had practically no marinara on them(hence the dryness). And I ordered one bread sticks and one cheese sticks, and they were made "together" and as a result, my cheese sticks were burned. I'd give it a half a star if could

The way you have to order on their website is a complete joke. I had to place an order 2 times but that didn’t work, so I had to call them. I ordered a “large pizza” thinking it was going to be a nice sized pizza, only to receive a dwarf sized large...( everything else in our great country has become larger over time except pizza). Cars, sodas and planes. $21 for an effective medium that had a gray hair in the crust and several more beard pubes in the toppings. Good god. That was a rip off and took too long. I suppose that I shouldn’t complain, I did get extra protein from the beard pubes. Thanks Gramps.

Stopped by after work to order a pizza to go, but they said they were closed. I called prior to make sure, and whoever I spoke to said they are open till midnight, and delivery till 2am. Not sure if it was a misunderstanding? Either way the shift manager was super nice, she gave me the special they had advertised online, and she made my pizza fast! After a long day of work, she made my evening that much better, and I didn't have to cook at 11 at night! Thanks!

My husband and I were really excited about the new pizza promotion 2 pizza's cinnabon and cheese sticks. When I got it home I couldn't believe how DRY BOTH PIZZA'S WERE..HOW DO YOU DO THAT..WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY UNLESS A CUSTOMER ASKS FOR NO MARINARA SAUCE THEN YOU MAKE SURE THAT YOU PUT SAUCE ON THE PIZZAS RIGHT????? THIS WAS PICKED UP AT THE DIAMOND STORE. VERY DISAPPOINTED WON'T ORDER FROM THAT STORE AGAIN

Let me start off by saying, you’re just down the road. Last time we wanted “Pizza Hut”, we were forced to do a carry out. For years I’ve gotten a “delivery” from the same location to my house in WestPark Kinkaid area. The manager last time we ordered, told me to call the location and they would definitely deliver and told me that my location is most of their sales. So, that being said, we wanted a cheese crust large pizza. Lol well what a joke, they’re out of cheesy bread crust. So my fiancé called and was going to do an order over the phone, waiting “20” long minutes on hold!!! After the long waited time, we figured that Spenard location would have the “pizza ingredients” to perform making a “pizza”. After them taking our order, they called back and stated they were out of “cheese”!!!!!! THIS HAS GOT TO BE A JOKE!!!!! The Pizza Hut rep, proceeded to ask if we wanted a pizza without cheese. Ok ok..... I’m done with Pizza Hut now. WHY EVEN BE OPEN????? No delivery, no cheesy crust, no sides available and NO CHEESE?? What kind of joke is this???
