Horrible service and food. They obviously are trying to short people on food and they are trying to be cheap so they can save money on ingredients. This isn't even a standard Chalupa size and they know it. I called to report it and they didn't answer the phone, conveniently. I will definitely be reporting them to corporate.

Orders are always correct. Perhaps not at the fault of this restaurant, but the flavor has been lost. Everything tastes unseasoned lately or as if someone opened the seasoning in the same room as the food and called it good enough. Crispy chicken tacos are on point though

WORST LOCATION YET. I ASKED FOR SUB MEAT FOR BEANS ON MY NACHO BELL GRANDE AND THEY ONLY PUT A SMALL SLIVER OF BEANS. AND THEN WHEN I ASKED ABOUT IT THEY TOLD ME I HAVE TO BE CHARGED FOR EXTRA BEANS. NO. IVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE UNTIL NOW. I HOPE THIS LOCATION SHUTS DOWN BECAUSE THEY ABSOLUTELY ARE TERRIBLE.

I didn't looe Alaska
This Taco Bell is great though, I spent there 2 hours and a half when I was waiting for my trip from Anchorage to Seward because downtown Anchorage was creepy and scary as heck.
They've got outlets I used to charge my electronics and staff was nice
Hard shell tacos were not good enough though and their burritos need more meat.

Probably the best location in town. Very clean and looks good. Staff is always professional and fun. Ashley in particular is a terrific example

Stopped into Anchorage for the day and before heading back north stopped by Taco Bell since we don't have any. Absolutely solid move, highly recommend, always get Taco Bell before you head home to no taco bell.

Girl at the mic was ignoring me & I said “I’m here for a doordash for ..” twice & she wasn’t listening to me after she “order when you’re ready”. So I pull up to the window. I get there & she’s got a headphone in & she just starts handing me random food. I had to double check it was for my doordash order. But she “couldn’t hear me”

Last time that I came here, I was hankering for a Taco Bell breakfast and despite the sign on the window of the restaurant, there was no breakfast to be had. Other than that letdown, it’s a decent Taco Bell as far as it goes! For the most part, exactly what you’d expect.
