This is my second door dash order that is way wrong. Last time I got the wrong ice cream completely no toppings on my Sunday. This time I wrote in the instructions which ice cream I wanted and that I wanted extra fudge (since I chose fudge twice as a topping) and my Sunday comes with only one scoop of ice cream, and no toppings at all again. Just a scoop of ice cream on a brownie.... Is there an option to chose a different location on door dash?!?

My daughter and I ordered a medium shake and a medium malt of pralines n cream. When we got our order we very disappointed because it was so watered down. We were almost drinking cold milk it seemed. The girls who made the drinks obviously followed their recipes as to how much I've cream goes on each other because she measured them to a tee. We will just not buy shakes or malt from this BR again. We did not go back to let the girls know because we're running late for a movie. We topped them to since we paid before our orders were served. It's either raise the price and serve the real stuff out take it off you menu.

Would give zero stars if I could. My husband and I ate in the car only for him to find a finger nail in his. Usually we aren't the type to complain or be upset about something but that is just gross. When we went in to notify the workers and get a refund they first ignored us and then did not care about it. Just asked if we wanted new scoops. Disgusting and rude.
