Kfc

Order online, food was missing. Went back to store to get missing tenders. Was going to order fresh mash potatoes and gravy. But after I got my tenders all employees went back to packing and taking other orders and I just stood there for five minutes without being asked if I needed anything else. Ended up leaving and driving through drive thru to get my fresh mash potatoes and gravy. Since by the time I got home with my missing food all sides would have be cold. Went through drive thru and I know dang sure they recognize me as just being in there and said nothing. I took my food and left. Thank you for making your wrong right and nothing else!

honestly my experience in this KFC was quite the surprise. You don’t really go into a KFC Other than thinking of getting your food. I was wrong at this KFC, the employees actually engage with their customers, it can make a good difference for many people having bad days. The one employee in particular is Ceci, she was spectacular! She made sure my food was in the best way possible as well as showing nothing but the utmost respect to me and those in front of me. I’d be surprised if she wasn’t given a raise! I might even go to this KFC just to socialize with her, she was so respectful.

Every time I or one of my family members come here they forget something, and I'm starting to think it's on purpose. I mean, EVERY. Single. Time. I won't come here for months because of it and then I'll try again and without fail something is forgotten and I truly believe it has to be on purpose or some kind of scam. I can't leave without checking my bag, and if I do I regret it because something is always missing. Not just one thing either, like a whole meal. At this point I want to go here several more times and film myself ordering, getting receipt and what I actually end up receiving because it's that bad. - even an old employee of there's who happened to be ordering there as well told us to make sure to check our bag before leaving..

Was craving a biscuit and decided to pull in I got mashed potatoes and gravy and one original chicken thigh along with my biscuit. I spent less than $10 and it was a very good dinner I felt like I was eating home cooked food. I went to the drive-through the line was quick and the staff was very polite.

Worst KFC meal I have ever had, tasted like instant potatoes gravy didn't have much of KFC herbs the chicken I ordered was extra crispy reminded me of Asian fried chicken again not flavor from the KFC herbs was weak or missing so for price that is charged u can do better by far at the local grocery store for fried chicken
