The atmosphere inside of this location is nice enough. I was really disappointed with my Dragon fruit Tea, I liked the pieces of the fruit but the flavor was not there. I bought a 6 pack of reusable coffee cups in cool colors with lids and I love those!

Been to many Starbucks, this one was the slowest I've ever seen. I don't know the reason why, but the drinks were served quickly and accurately! Not many seats, and there were no 4 person tables. Good supply of Starbucks material though

Standard Starbucks. Quick and friendly staff. Standard yuppie customers discussing 1st world problems with overpriced drinks. Would recommend for a smooth and comfortable coffee experience.

I stopped going to this location because they think "light ice" means ice half way up the cup, and when I brought this to their attention, there was no offer to remake my drink. I am much happier with the baristas at the Benson & Minnesota and 100th Avenue locations.

Stayed in Anchorage for a week and came here 3 times. The first time was great - fast drive-thru and friendly staff. The second time my coffee cup was half empty. The third time my coffee cup was half empty and they put the wrong syrup flavor into my coffee. I specifically ordered caramel syrup and the added what I think was raspberry syrup. Made the coffee damn near undrinkable, but I finished anyway since I paid for it.
