Walked in lobby, waited a few minutes and then was led to the door and asked to leave. They accidentally left the lobby open while unloading a food truck. He said I could go through the drive through. I was next door at the hotel and walked over to eat. Went to Waffle House next door and was treated incredibly well. Never make that mistake again.

RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! We were asked to pull up for our order and it took 17 minutes of waiting for our food. That's not really a big deal however, since we waited 17 EXTRA minutes after paying we assumed we would say least have fresh food. The nuggets were super fresh, great. The sandwiches had been up for a while it appeared and not only were the fries not fresh but they were cold and hard! Again, not major so when the lady that brought our food informed us that the packets of mayo we asked for were unavailable we then asked politely for some fresh fries. She then SNATCHED the fries from my hands and slung them at the trash. She barely rang the can, all the while rolling her eyes and mumbling. My friend went inside to ask if there was a problem with us requesting fresh fries and the same lady ignored her THREE TIMES so when my friend spoke up and asked for a manager we were worried it would be more of the same. If it weren't for the manager herself POLITELY making us fresh fries this rating would be a ZERO!!! The manager did what she could to fix the issue and the so called crew member needs to be retrained or removed and replaced!

We pulled through the drive thru to place our order (Saturday 4-2-22) and we’re told we couldn’t place separate orders that we had to come inside. We parked and went to the door and was greeted by an employee that told us they were closed inside. We told her they would not let us order separate orders at the drive thru and were told to come inside. No one was in line before or after we left. We were told to hold on a minute. She came back to let us know that was correct we could not order separate orders at the drive thru. We went back to the car and they turned the drive thru lights off. It was 10:45 and the website clearly says they close at 12:00.

I visited this location twice in a row, Saturday, December 11, 2021 and again on Sunday, December 12, 2021around 7 pm. Both nights had different crew members working in which the outcome of my order was not the same. On 12/11/21, the cashier was very friendly and my order was precise and given to me in timely manner. On the other hand, on 12/12/21, I was told to pull in a to-go- parking space and that someone would bring out my order shortly to me. My order was placed at 7:10 pm. I ended up waiting over 15 minutes in my car before going inside to ask for a refund when I seen more cars at the drive- thru that were leaving with their orders. When I entered the restaurant, my order was not ready at all. I don't even think that they had started on it?!! They were more customers lined up to place their orders and the male front line cashier called to the back to ask the manager (a woman) to come up to the front because she was needed (he seen that I was standing there holding my receipt, yet she did NOT come to the counter).The male cashier ended up giving me a refund.The night could have went by better if the crew members that were working, worked together as a team, there was no order, no unity, seemed like chaos, and a lack of leadership. I am not sure if I will return any time soon.
