Sonic Drive-in

Went to Pick up my Mobile order in the drive through. The boy in the widow. Handed me only part and my order and none of our drinks closed the window then got on his phone. After a min or two he noticed I was still sitting there. He opened the door and asked what I needed. I told him I was missing my drinks. I had to tell him what drinks I ordered and he had to go make them. He handed me the drinks and I had to stop him from closing the window saying “excuse me” because he didn't give me straws either. Got home and realized I was missing some food. When I called about the food the call was declined. I tried calling back again and it happened again. This happened like 5 times. While waiting for my drinks I could hear the crew yelling and cussing through the window. Then one of the girls working proceeded to look out the window and at me then said something to another girl with her hand covering her mouth, then they looked out the window at me and began to laugh. Maybe should have some type of manager or mature person in charge at this location. Looks like a classroom with no teacher over there.

We tried to order ice cream and food. The girl laughed at us when my wife asked if they had a “pup cup” or could have a cup of whipped cream for our dog with us. We tried to order food after this but the girl just cut off the intercom without allowing us to continue ordering or giving us a total for what we already ordered so we just left because apparently it was too much of a burden for the teenager to do their job and take our order.

I have went on two seperate occassions, Mon & then again Tues and ordered the popchicken meal the Monday the popcorn tasted stale & old, I asked for fries they gave me tots but it was okay the drink was actually the best part of the meal strawberry with lime i guess. Next day again same order but extra drink small one ( Cherry- Lime ) mine was Large strawberry some as before, this time they gave me fries like I asked thr chicken again was the same and I even made sure they got the drinks correct before we left the which was a lie the small drink was supose to be the cherry & Lime for my daughter ( she's allergic to strawberries) the large was to be mine strawberry and Lime they mixed the drinks up. I am glad i took a Sip of mine first and it didn't taste like the first one I got So, looked in hers and their was strawberries in it. I guess I will just come for the drinks from now on cause I do get tired of wasting money

I’m running around with a food information monster. Poor guy that took our order got crazy questions and had to politely ask for a moment twice to get answers. We got those Answers Bravo Dude! Trying the ultimate cheese steak with our Favorite Blasts. I’m going to update the review with pictures of food and mention the food shortly! The ultimate cheese steaks were awesome!
