Excellent food. The fried rice, crab Rangoons, and steak and shrimp are all much better than other Japanese restaurants in Anderson. Friendly service too.

I came in on Sunday and ordered a sushi roll, salad, and teriyaki steak. This restaurant has by far the worst Japanese food I have ever tasted. I ordered the salmon roll which the salmon inside the roll was so small I could barely see it. All I tasted was rice when I ate the roll. The teriyaki steak had a bland flavor. I did not taste the flavor of the teriyaki what so ever and the vegetables were extremely bland as well. The salad had ginger dressing on it, however, the dressing was also super bland. The pricing that is displayed as soon as you walk into the restaurant is inaccurate. They said the owner started charging people more because of the pandemic and they have not had time to increase the prices on the board. I think that is extremely dishonest and bad business since they only tell you about the prices after you pay for the food and review the receipt with them.

Service was good, food portions were smaller than usual, prices were high for the portions.

Wished I had checked reviews before stopping. The sushi was some of the most disappointing sushi I have ever had. They charge about the same as most other hibachi places but don't meet average quality imo

The food was excellent! I have paid 4 times as much for four adults to eat at traditional big time Japanese Restaurant. Our bill was 41.38 including 4 soft drinks for lunch. Two of us even brought home leftovers. The staff were sweet and very personable. If you come to the Anderson, South Carolina area, do give them a try. Ate there today 10-6-21.

Love the teriyaki chicken here. Lunch special is around 7 dollars and includes an eggroll and drink. Eggroll is delicious. One of my favorite places to get lunch!
