White Castle

I love eating here but the last couple of times I have had less than desirable experiences. I went inside this last time because I ordered a 30 pack of sliders with cheese. I requested no pickles. I double checked that she heard me and she said that she got it. It said on my receipt no pickles. I waited over 30 minutes for my burgers, I got in my car and headed south on I-69. I bit into my slider and got a big, juicy, nasty, pickle!! I absolutely HATE pickles!! You can't just pick them off because there is pickle juice soaked into the bun. I live an hour and a half from this restaurant so I really enjoy getting WC when I'm in the area. Very disappointed to wait over 30 minutes and not get what I wanted.

As with all restaurants in Anderson, very under staffed, but what's worst is the fact that the ones that were working were doing so at a snails pace, there was a line of cars wrapped around the building, a line of 4-5 inside at the register where I went, and no one with any sort of urgency, I thought going in would be faster, but looking back, driving to another town would have been faster. The food was good once I got it, 25 minutes later, and the person who took my order andx gave me my food was very nice, just no hurry in any of the employees. I will be avoiding this White Castle for some time...

It puzzles me as to why the doors are locked. You have delivery drivers who have to cancel orders or have them reassigned because it takes too long to get the orders. That affects the driver not you guys because you are getting paid by the hour regardless. People are paying for the service of having hot food delivered this is why it cost more and what the price of gas delivery people do not have time to sit in a line of 10 to 15 cars and waiting almost an hour for an order and you have another order to pick up behind that one and they were losing money as the customers are canceling and dropping or the orders of being reassigned that’s not being for us because that is anywhere between 10 to 15 or more dollars for the hour and we have bills to pay just like everyone else I can understand just like McDonald’s who will allow all delivery people to come into the lobby but everyone else has to go through the drive-through so I think management really need to rethink how they’re handling this restaurant because it’s affecting other people financially and that’s not what a business is for what a business is set up in a community so they can rich the lives of other people but you’re not doing this this way

Got a carry out and fries were burnt and cold. Hamburgers were cold. We were on the road and couldn't go back. We also waited a extreme long time in line with only 2 cars in front of us. I ordered the cheesecake and they were out so I ordered the donuts that were 3 for $1.29 and only got one. Not a good experience.

I've been eating White Castle since I was 5 years old I'm now 68 I was raised in Louisville Kentucky ,White Castle was on 8th and Broadway it was $0.07 , I enjoyed my lunch yesterday at white castle they was cooked just right the onions where cooked slightly Brown the onion taste marinated in the bread and extra pickles extra onions it was delicious thank you white castle , not all White Castle's management cooked there White Castles that way, I think they be rushing , but that's the way I remember the onion and beef smell that's what attracts you and so you have to taste that smell as well when you are eating a White Castle slider thank you again.
