Papa Johns Pizza

This wouldn't be a bad place to order pizza from if the people running the place had actually cared about it. I can't blame any of the employees for the amount of shortcomings this location has, even though they come across as if they don't care. There's constantly new ppl working there each time. This falls on management and anyone above that. It doesn't help that it's located off of the ghost town that is the mall. I cannot put into words how frustrating it is as a customer to have to deal with delivery and take out issues, contemplating why you keep ordering from there, and missing items you ordered. It's a waste of gas, a waste of effort, and a waste of time to be involved with this particular location. How food ends up being ok through all of this surprises me.

Definitely don’t recommend go somewhere else if you want at least warm pizza I ordered 2 pizzas when I saw the estimated time of around 3 hours I tried calling to cancel I didn’t just call once either I called 15 times with no answer so I was forced to just except a cold pizza that was hard definitely was not worth the 30 something dollars I spent smh oh and yes it took almost 3 hours for me to get them

I often order delivery from this location. The drivers are also nice, but only get everything I order about 50% of the time. And I recently my wings were made with the wrong sauce, but instead of remaking them, they dumped a bunch of the sauce I did want on top and added an extra container in the delivery. Very okay at best.
