I'm gonna give 4 Starz because I love there food fries are great, it's just every now an again I'll go an the food will be horrible. I have determined this is due to 1 shift being great at there jobs an another shift doesn't know what there doing. So I will only go to this restaurant towards the afternoon, it seems at this time the food comes out fresh an tastes GREAT!!

Staff was nice, but the food less-than-great, it took them 7+7 minutes to get me an apple turnover (they didn't have one ready, they cooked one but lost it, and had to make another), and the restaurant didn't look open in the first place. I was sad for a while that I didn't have Hardee's by me, but after going here, almost any Burger King is a fine substitute.

Great variety of good food. More expensive than most other fast food. I'm usually missing at least one item. Friendly staff

Just had to wait over 20 minutes after paying in the drive thru for 1 sandwich. Couldn't get anyone's attention nor did they answer the phone within that 20 minutes to get a refund. Literally the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

Hot and fresh, not too long of a wait at the drive-thru. Prices are reasonable for what you receive. Will return!

After three times of walking out of the back door while I’m sitting there for 20 minutes.
Still missing half my order I get handed my third bag it’s still wrong I’m yelling for the lady “hey,hey,hey”.
I honked my horn. She never turned around SMH.

Ordered Swiss mushroom thick burgers. When we got home, started eating I noticed there was one patty when there were supposed to be two. I have been calling since 2:40, now it is 4:00 p.m. and the line is still busy. This is the reason I hate drive through and to short customers this way.

Service was great. Zach was very polite. Hardees just dont have what they used to. Too much competition. But Zach was grand. Great asset to somebody.
