Dave & Buster's Arcadia - Santa Antia

We came in with a party of 13 people and were immediately seated.. Our server seemed overworked. They should have had 2 servers helping us since we had such a large party. It took a long time just to get our drinks and once we ordered our food half of us were helped and the other half had to wait. It also was difficult getting everyone their meals at the same time. Some of us got served about 20 minutes after the others. There was also quite a few mixed ups with The orders. It's a very small menu with not that much of a great selection. The prices for playing games are also insanely high. Don't think we'll be coming back.

Our server jazmin was great, fast service and friendly. The young manager by the name of Marcos was awesome. He greeted us as soon as we sat down, and was nice to help me out on how to order thru my phone. We received our order fast, hot and fresh. My son loved his cheeseburger and the wings were crispy. Overall great experience. Thank you Jazmin and Marcos for your great customer service. Definitely coming back to this D&B!

Frist I never been to Dave & Busters I decided to eat something after a movie big mistake I ordered Ribs 1/2 of slab Cole slaw and asparagus frist the asparagus were burned Cole slaw was dry like I was eatting cabbage buy it self horrible food Ribs were ok service was ok even do they gave me another order of asparagus after I complained that they were burned they should of been done the frist time dont recommend this place.

Came here for a birthday party. 🎂 they don't do birthdays anymore. Just have to buy a cake. Had ordered a Mushroom burger. And bbq ribs. Enjoyed the burger. It was very juicy and the cheese was smothered all over the meat. Yum.mm bbq ribs felt a little bitter. It was good but it was missing just a little bit of love. The place doesn't get too crowded. The games are available for those who want to play. Other than that. Its 👍 👌 oh also its easier to pay through the phone with QR code than with servers, manually.

Due to safety concerns, I will not be coming back to this establishment. Outstanding bartenders, but management needs training on customer service social skills that include: cultural, gender and people with disabilities equal treatment. Another sports bar that bites the dust for this female sports fan.

The experience was not bad except the staff clearly had a great communication failure when it came to kitchen and servers bringing drinks and food to correct table. I twice got offered beer I'd never ordered that was meant for two different customers and they simply never brought any of the food our party of 3 ordered. Manager apologized for his staffs failure on their end for not rising to the task. Dont forget to pick up your card from waitress first when having to leave abruptly if said situation occurs to you is my pro tip.

Unfortunately as a first time experience this was a very lacking experience... the menu items have apparently been affected by covid like everything else. The salad, chicken and salmon were all burned... yes I said the salad was burned. It was horrible. Once we sent back 2 plates and a beer it was enough to ask for the check and leave. The plus was our server and the garlic fries.

My husband and I aften visit D&B with our daughters for fun and games. Last night (Glow Night) was no different. We enjoyed happy hour cocktails (Caribbean Luxe Long Island) for our date night. I have to shout out our bartender Leon!! He was all smiles to everyone and made sure we liked our drinks. He also, wished us a safe trip back home. We'll definitely be back! Thanks Leon!!
