Nice place for Chinese comfort food. Free soup and Chinese tea given for lunch. Enjoyed myself and good value

One of the nicer BBQ pork and Roast duck rice. Free soup and Chinese tea. Good bright atmosphere and friendly boss. Would be better if the chilli sauce had more ingredients in it rather than the oil. Always patronise when in Auckland. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The chinese BBQ dishes here are one of the better ones in CBD.
The portion of meat which seems to have reduced during my recent visits can hopefully be improved.

Our U12 rugby team visiting from Chch had dinner here tonight. I booked online having never been there, but I liked the menu. Tim was fantastic to deal with, he created a menu just for us. The kids and adults loved all of the food, They had a very enjoyable time. Highly recommend!

BBQ King serves authentic hong Kong style Deli food with a wide selection of different stir fry with rice options. Complimentary soup is tasty and served pipping hot and they are happy to refill the soup should you ask! The roast duck is tender and crispy pork extremely tasty. The black pepper Chix over rice is tasty and very reminiscent of ordering from a hong kong kar kar lok. Won't go wrong trying this place out!

Hard to beat the sweet and sour pork. The beans and mince pork, salt and pepper pork and crispy pork all good. Sizzling beef is amazing too.

Authentic HK style bbq pork restaurant. Free soup if you dine in. Portion is big. Definitely worth trying if you are in town. The service is good too.

A nice Chinese restaurant close to our hotel. The restaurant has open clean see through kitchen. They specialize in Chinese bbq. The price was very reasonable and the meal come with free hot tea and soup.
I saw the laksa on the menu and had to try it. I had the roast duck laksa. They gave like almost half a duck in the laksa. The duck was juicy, savory and flavorful. My brother had the 3 meat bbq plate with rice. The pork was savory. The charsui with just the right amount of sweetness.
If you are in this part of the world make sure to stop by and try this place.
