Best Ugly Bagels

This place is amazing. With the perfect bagels 🥯. I ordered avocado 🥑 with tomato once, and on the other time, I ordered grilled tuna with cheese bagels. The staff is super friendly and on top of it . The service is quick . Would definitely recommend it and would love to come back again whenever I am in Auckland.

This place is mental! The staff are all in sync and clearly enjoy their role! A well oiled machine! It was our first morning in Auckland and even New Zealand!!And let me tell ya it was good start to kiwi life! We had white rabbit “ a creamy, dreamy delight” In house special pickolas cage “ crunchy cheesey gooey” One member of your team stood out for great service great energy and overall a great sport!!!her name was Indigo! Truly a blessing to best ugly bagels! PS Be careful for birds!! lol

I could only get a coffee since none of the bagels were vegan but the man serving was super nice and the coffee was great! Semi-accessible entrance, if you use a wheelchair you might need to pop a wheelie or back in if you have big back wheels but it's not like there's a step or anything, just that small wheels might struggle. Nice chill vibe.

WOW! Do not wait or hesitate to eat here! I've had many bagels and bagel sandwiches from many different places before and only really expected a basic bagel with some toppings, but boy did this place exceed all my expectations. The staff is so incredibly friendly and everyone seemed so happy to be there which made the experience already above and beyond. I ordered the T.A.B. (tomato, avocado, basil, and lemon fennel olive oil) and added bacon for some protein and I literally came back every single day during my trip. I also substituted an everything bagel and it was so delicious. I'm sure all the other options would have been tasty as well but the TAB was just so good that I didn't want to try anything else yet. All of the ingredients tasted fresh and were generous. The bottomless coffee was a great deal as well. It was always busy but service was still fast. Absolutely delicious!

This place was one of the food highlights of our holiday to Auckland. The vibe watching them pump out freshly baked bagels, to their wonderful texture and flavour. It’s a great experience and it’s an absolute bargain for the quality. In particular their salmon bagel, and also their amazing lemon fennel olive used on some veggie bagels, it’s just exquisite.

What an experience! I felt like I was in a real New York bagel establishment. I am buzzing! The bagels are made fresh in front of you, delicious and melt in your mouth, and the workers are incredible. Your system of calling out to the other workers the orders gives me chills and is clearly a system y’all are great at. Even moments when you would all chant lyrics to the music playing, the whole experience felt like I was really in New York. Y’all have an amazing passion for bagels and they are the best tasting ever - I love my bagels!! We will 100% be coming back!
