Nando's

This branch is situated in Sylvia Park. Yummy food, quick service. Bathrooms need attention. There was only one soap dispenser in the unisex bathroom, and it was empty with no soap. The floor of the restaurant was not clean at all and needed attention and cleaning. There were chicken bones on the floors, other unrecognizable items, and dirty tissues around the place and under tables, chairs, and sofas. Also, is very slow in clearing the tables after customers leave.

Our recent visit to Nandu Restaurant at Sylvia Park in Auckland left us thoroughly impressed! The star of our dining experience was undoubtedly the whole chicken with pita bread. From the very first bite, it was clear that we were in for a treat. The chicken was tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, and the pita bread added a wonderful touch to the meal. The ambiance of the restaurant created a warm and inviting atmosphere, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. The attentive staff and efficient service further added to the overall positive impression. Whether you're a fan of succulent chicken or simply looking for a fantastic dining outing, Nandu Restaurant is a must-visit destination that promises a delectable feast for the senses!

Good food, service was in good time too. Did have some issues with speed of service a few months ago but they seem all good now. Nandos has a hand washing station for customers which I always appreciate though on this occasion the paper towel dispenser was broken so made do with napkins. Food was great though, tasty and the chips were nice and fresh.

First time coming to the Sylvia Park branch and it was pretty good! Have a new thing going on (or maybe I'm just a bit late) where you can scan the QR code on the table to order! Got one of their $15 half chicken promotion which was delicious. Service was pretty fast and when I noted them that the cups were running low, they restocked fast. Only down side was there seemed to not be much people cleaning up after tables so we just had to sit at a table with previous plates stacked on the adjacent tables.

Good tasting chicken. But just not spicy enough. I hope they can come up with one that burns and is super spicy because their selection is not spicy enough. Apart from that very enjoyable. My mom bought us some takeaway today and enough to feed whole family. Food Quality: 4/5 Food Quantity: 4/5 Presentation: 4/5

It was wonderful seeing Nando’s return to Sylvia Park and finally open this week by Hoyts and Paparich. The new restaurant is very beautiful and spacious inside with the African fusion design accents and the seating is great. The staff was very friendly and efficient so I was very happy enjoying the Superfuel Chicken salad with Portuguese roll. It really is a great relief having this new Nando’s open. Highly recommended!
