Lamb shank was good, but could be better. It's tender but not soft enough to cut using a wooden fork and a wooden knife on a paper plate, and worse it made the whole thing unpleasant in the process.

Taste & quality is often very good. Only a few times I have been disappointed.
A downside is the price. It's gotten very expensive compared to a few years ago.

Definitely enjoyed the roast a little expensive for a medium but the meat was super tender and the Gracie was very lovely

Ate here with a small group, we were very impressed with quality and quantity of the food. Really good flavours, the meats weren't dried out and everyone was full.
We had the bacon toasted sandwich, small roast pork dinner, lamb shanks, roast beef roll and a couple of apple crumbles between us.
One of the best mall / fast type roast meals we have tried. Will go here again.

Had the fried chicken with roast veges, beautiful flavour and texture just the right amount of seasoning in my opinion. definitely the crispiest fried chicken I've had from any roast shop and great tasting gravy on top, 4/5 and I will definitely reccomend and return.

Enjoy a traditional English roast. Choice of small, medium & large plate of all different types of veggie, potatoes, kumara & pumpkin. Roast pork was soft & delicious except non crunchy skin topped by a traditional gravy. Southern fried chicken was tender with crunchy skin. A good choice would be separate the main dish from all its side dish instead of all on top of each other. Additional salt & pepper(non fresh pepper punch). A suggestion of a drink with the set meal would go a long way for an enjoyable meal

I have always love the roast pork in this place. It is the best one i have tried among the roast pork out there in auckland. It can be quite salty for some people who prefer a blander taste but definitely the best one if you really want it crispy and yummy. They have other food aside from the roast pork and they definitely taste better than the other shops but it is still the roast pork that i always get.
