I was staying next door and was going to eat at the Quatro after having a coffee there around 10 years earlier... then I saw Google Reviews and was quite put off. However, I ran out of time to find somewhere else, so gave it a go.
The service was good, the breakfast was well priced (less than I thought it would be!) and delicious. It arrived quickly (there were not a lot of people in fortunately), and was a generous serving. The coffee was also good.
I will definitely be back if I am back in the area.
