Ceviche Bar By Besos Latinos

Great food, high quality and good portion sizes. The restaurant was absolutely packed, and our first choice of main had already sold out. The chefs and wait staff were run off their feet - felt sorry for them. Needed more staff to accommodate that many customers. Luckily everyone seemed patient. One of our mains were missed and forgotten, when asked if we were ready to leave or order more food we had to remind them we were still waiting on food to come. This was quickly fixed and offered half price for this main in particular.

In my personal experience I really enjoyed this place, I had the chance to speak to whom I think was the owner and she explained that everything in the restaurant comes from Mexico, traditional artists, hand made tables, their own tequila straight from Tequila Jalisco Mexico, eating here was a wonderful experience as is not only a delight to the sight but also delicious, the flavours are amazing, this place is a must for those who love Mexican food but want to try something different.

We were invited along to a tequila tasting night and it was definitely a night to remember! We learned the history of tequila, how to make a delicious Patron margarita and there were charcoal mustaches all round! The food is incredible, the BEST ceviche in Auckland! The "Oaxaca" cheese dip is a must try too! Thank you Luis and staff for an unforgettable night! We will be back :)

Absolutely wonderful service. All the meals we had were so packed full of flavour and not greasy in the slightest. The prices are on the higher side for the portion sizes, but they are so delicious that it is easily worth it. The flavour stays with you the rest of the day and makes you want more. Will be going back for sure!
