Mr Morris

We flew to Aukland for a night from Australia to have a birthday dinner and decided to dine at Mr Morris on recommendation from Trip Advisor forums. The experience was faultless. Sitting at the chefs table watching the food artistry in motion then indulging in the delightful flavours, we would highly recommend Mr Morris for dining pleasures.

This is such a truly fabulous restaurant. The food is absolutely delicious.We enjoyed the cheddar puff and chicken skins for starters followed by the Duck as a main. Beautifully cooked and presented. We each had a sweet salted caramel macarons...to finish. I also wish comment about the impeccable service. The staff treated us with such a high standard of service which is rarely seen these days - truly special. Also the little touches that made my sister's birthday memorable. Thank you. A remarkable meal and would highly recommend Mr Morris.

Mr. Morris is a must try for any foodie in Auckland. It's one of the few places to go to get extremely well prepared food and not feel rushed out of your seat. They pay a lot of attention to your experience, From the music, to the open kitchen, to the well timed and attentive servers. Everything is there to invite you to relax, enjoy, and treat yourself.

What a place. What a charm, what an experience. Service was outstanding. The food was delicious. You can tell that everyone is very passionate about what they are serving here. From the water topping to checking on how we were doing all night long without feeling too much pressure from the wait staff. They put us in a little cosy place around the corner of the venue. They even left a card with some birthday wishes from the team. The price you will pay is fair. And the wine list is banging. Thanks again for this memorable night.
