Great burgers with good quality ingredients. Bit of a hiccup with the order and an argumentative staff member but otherwise a pleasant experience.
EDIT: Has been absolutely brilliant recently, quality is incredible and service has been great.

Was told there would be a 40 minute wait for my meal after I had ordered it, which was a little disappointing but I was OK to wait. However did not get my combo until after an hour waiting.
I completely understand that they were flat out and I have to complement my server who was friendly even though he seemed a little a stressed out. He also gave me a free drink for the wait. The chips were fantastic, however the burger was stone cold. I realise that my ten minute drive home wouldn't have helped, but I would have still expected it to be luke warm at least.

Best service and best food. By far the best Burgerfuel in Auckland must be Botany Downs branch. Well done to the young guys working there. It is by far the cleanest Burgerfuel in town. Staff is amazing and always friendly. Well done guys.

Tasty gourmet burgers, at an affordable price, in the heart of Botany. A little bit chilly inside, as one window stays open, but all the other aspects were fine.

Got a bio fuel burger and kumara chips, has been great before but today the burger was average and the chips had so much salt on them I could hardly eat them. We got takeaway but if we were dining in I would’ve taken them back - and they probably would’ve replaced them. Average today.

Guy that served us was super lovely and friendly and accommodating. Food was good and fast. Can’t fault service and food. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the it wasn’t the cleanest BF and bathroom was really gross and smelt like urine and the floor around toilet was wet and I don’t think it was water…… otherwise best kumara fries have had in a while as they didn’t over cook them like most BF stores :).

Been here many times. Always appreciated the service here and the food. They’ve always gotten our orders right, have always been very friendly, the food is always hot and fresh, shakes are nice and thick - burger fuel in general has a very high standard compared to other fast food outlets and the Botany story is another prime example of that.
