Went to breakfast here last week. My daughter picked the place due to its name, but I was really happy with the menu. I had the crispy chicken on waffles and it was excellent. Really liked the flavour of the crispy chicken. The serving size wasn’t too big which I appreciated. Sometimes you get a breakfast meal and it’s just too big. This was decent, I felt full but could still move! It was also a good price. Service was excellent too.

Staff very really friendly and gave us very good recommendations and advice about food. The mayo sauce made there was really yummy and special.

Had a lunch with work collègues there. Really enjoyed the Big Dirty and Dirty Macho with chicken that we ordered. Though a bit on the pricy side but the quality and size definitely worth the $. Will be back for other stuff...

Lovely restaurant on a great waterfront location, fantastic food and very friendly staff with excellent service.
We had such an amazing experience at Dirty Laundry and loved our food and coffees!!! The atmosphere was great and the service was top-notch with a smile. Dirty Laundry was a perfect place to celebrate a marathon completion with friends :) The quality of food was excellent! We cannot wait to visit again. Would highly recommend!

Went in for breakfast at about 10.30. My server was really nice and I was seated pretty much immediately. The food came out really quickly! I ordered the free range eggs (comes any style so I chose scrambled) and added smoke kahawai. I had asked for no toast (it comes with ciabatta) and wasn't expecting a lot of food but was pleasantly surprised to see the generous portion of egg. 😊 The kahawai was a good amount and the tomato relish was so good, not too sweet. I was probably in and out in 20-25 minutes which is awesome for the city and especially as it was table service. Really happy with the portion I got in relation to cost.

Our last day in New Zealand after 3 weeks here. Dirty Laundry Breakfast was the best meal we have had. Not only presentation was exquisite but the taste did not disappoint. We had the Blueberry Pancakes and the Eggs Bene with coffee and a mango smoothie. The coffee was the best coffee my husband has had, the mango smoothie was good but small for the $8.50 price I thought. Eggs Bene were really good too. But those blueberry pancakes....omg....it was AMAZING TO DIE FOR!
Huge shout out to the establishment...definitely will remember this place when we come back....might have to come back from Canada just for the Dirty Laundry pancakes.
