Taco Taco

Awesome tacos and margaritas. We had one of each and got so full. Definitely not the 100% authentic Mexican tacos (I guess they have to adapt them for the kiwi palate) but as close as it gets! After living in California and having had tacos in Mexico as well, my standards are really high lol. I've been looking for good tacos in NZ for months and this is definitely gonna be my go-to place. The mango margarita was delicious as well! We'll come back

Excellent food and service to match. The staff here are super friendly and attentive and went above and beyond to make sure the experience we had there was as fabulous as they are. I would highly recommend coming to taco taco either by yourself or with a group as the drinks are great, the food is fantastic and the people running the place clearly care about what they do and have a passion for food. This is very evident in their food and demeanour. Highly, highly recommend going at least once to try some of the amazing food and the fantastic cocktails on offer. My family and I had a great time there, really liked the food and the service was amazing. We will happily be coming back again and again

The food and drinks were awesome! Really authentic Mexican food. A man who I suspect was the owner was working there tonight and I get the sense it's his first restaurant because he's very eager to impress which makes the experience much more enjoyable. He gave us extra guacamole and asked how our order was, the staff also made sure everything was to our liking. If you haven't been yet then go visit! Worth a shot!

Great tacos! Loved the ceviche. Tried the cochinita pibil, pastor and pollo, with refreshing Pacifico beer. Only things were missing were some nice tangy salsas on top of the taco ( tomatillo..etc). Otherwise your best choice for Mexican food! And you can take your doggo, if you sit outside. So handy if you can't leave your pup at home.

In my personal experience I really enjoyed this place, it is lovely, looks like and authentic Mexican taqueria, the flavour is fantastic, they pour they heart on it, they have home made chorizo, the chochinita is delightful, and the pasto tacos are a must, they service is joyful, kind, excellent and friendly staff, I really recommend this place.
