Stephen F’s is a bar in a Sofitel hotel on 7th st in Austin. Nicely appointed in an old fashioned kind of way, the drinks were good, and of reasonable size. Service was good at the bar, nonexistent at the tables. There is a nice balcony off the bar with seating. An enjoyable experience.

Great ambiance and views from the terrace. Bartender knows how to concoct a proper cocktail and is quite personable. Highly recommend the Desert Rose and the Austin Mule; both had an interesting twist.

I loved this location. Its not too busy, drinks were good and the bartenders were very nice. I recommend you sit on the patio, which is located just above the street level where you will have a nice view of Congress Ave and the Capital just down the road. If you decide to sit inside, you will get a nice, quiet atmosphere perfect for those looking to relax with friends and have a few drinks.

I’m so shocked and upset with myself for not finding the gem sooner! I’ve even stayed in the hotel and never knew it was there. Literally a cigar and cocktail perfect gem of a spot the service was OUTSTANDING and personal. They put the details and personal touch in their service and cocktails!!!!

Great handcrafted cocktails by the bartender. Knowledgeable and very friendly. As a Hilton Diamond member I will be staying here on my next visit to Austin because the fantastic bar. 5 star and top shelf quality and service. Salud.

I really enjoyed this bar & restaurant. You can have a drink or an appetizer and even smoke a cigar on their outdoor patio, which is convenient. I highly recommend this place to you if you're in downtown Austin.

Probably the best part of Intercontinental Austin. Weather was perfect during our stay, so we spent a lot of time here.

Great atmosphere above the Intercontinental hotel. Nice and quiet retreat from the city and a bit more upscale from the rest of the bars in the area without being over priced. The terrace has an area that was around from Congress to a side street and it's high enough up that the roar of the city it dampened well enough to have a conversation without yelling over background nose. Service is a bit in the slow side, but the drinks were good quality and the food was reasonably priced. Unfortunately, I can not comment on the food, as they were in the process of changing the menu. Will definitely be returning.
