Planet Wings

Food is great but the service is terrible. One time, ordered something for pickup and stood there for 20 minutes to find out that my order was already made and put to the side. I paid for it and they just didn't give it to me until I went up and said something. Another time, ordered BONELESS wings for delivery. People were around while I ordered and they heard me say Boneless. I received wings with bones! Called in and the girl had a nasty attitude and refused to give me what I originally ordered. Third time, ordered for delivery and they overcharged me. The entire cost of the order was 15 and the boy said 28! The receipt said 15! Food is amazing but due to the fact that mainly teenagers/ young adults work there, the service is horrible.

Loved planet wings before, but I feel like quality has gone way down. Most importantly--ordered delivery & after drinking my iced tea I opened it to find a DEAD FLY. Understand things happen but still very gross. Also upsetting that sometimes I get salsa/tomatoes/lettuce with my quesadilla and sometime they don't bother adding it in. Delivery people are great though. I've only been in store 2-3 times to pick up, so I can't speak for eating in store.

The wings are way to dry and very fried. Extremely small (more like tiny) and OVER priced. The sauces are watery (never had blue cheese that looked like white puke) and the celery sticks look like a package you buy in the supermarket for your KIDS. Probably the worst wings spot I’ve ever had other than Bayonne BBQ (that place takes first spot). If you want wings and are a wings lover who happens to live in Bayonne, I would make an effort to drive to Buffalo Wild Wings in Secaucus just to satisfy my cravings. I have yet to find something that’s close to Buffalo Wild Wings. Unfortunately, Planet Wings is definitely off my menu and I would never recommend them to anyone. Please don’t waste your money this place is garbage.
