Dairy Queen

Went there today and got a flamethrower burger meal. The number 8 apparently I need to stop going here. My burger patties were overcooked and tasted like rubber. And the fries were cold. I thought this was supposed to be "fan food" I'm not a fan if it's a toss up as to whether or not im getting tasty fresh food. Or rubbery cold food.

Food was horrible. Must have been sitting for awhile. Everything was cold or half cooked. Even my dog wouldn't eat the hot dog my 4 year old said was gross.... staff sucked!! Very very rude! Seemed like no one wanted to do their job. When ordering she kept asking if that was it and when we said no she had attitude about adding to the order even though we had said we had a full vehicle.. then once we got to the window everyone was standing around the window. Over staffed yet extremely annoyed that they all had to actually do their job. when we asked for ketchup for 5 kids they gave us 4 packets.. then when asked for more they had attitude about it. I won't stop their again, better to go further into billings. Hard to believe this dairy queen is in Montana considering the attitudes we got.

Lockwood DQ. Food was good. Employees are friendly. I was a little disappointed the lobby remains closed during business hours when many restaurants have opened their doors. (I'm mask friendly) There are many truck drivers who I've seen have to walk through the drive through just to order food. In years past I've enjoyed going here and eating in the restaurant.

The one gal that works there is so kind. She seems to love her job and the personality she brings with her is amazing. She is always smiling and always so happy to greet you at the drive thru and the window. I don't know her name but she is tall with brown hair and is there during the day. Props to you !!! Keep up the hard work. I see you and I hope others do too. She needs a raise!!

It was a disappointing experience. We ordered a kids meal with apple sauce but instead were given French fries even after telling them twice to clarify that we wanted the apple sauce. We also ordered cheese burgers. The burgers were cold and tasteless. We had to go through the drive through because dining room was closed so didn't discover how bad things were until we were a few miles down the road. They need to pay attention to what they are putting out there for people to eat. Went thru the drive thru at about 12:45 on Thursday. September 10. We'll find another place to eat.

We were in line at 845pm and was still in the line at 910pm and the car in front of me and my self were not able to order. They just turned the speaker off and ignored both cars. The guy in front of me knocked on the window and was told we have to close at 910 no exceptions by our boss. This is very rude and unprofessional they should have to finish the line of cars as we had been there the entire time. I’m a frequent customer and will not ever come back in there again. I don’t think the guy and his wife in front of us will either. This is a good way to lose regular customers.
