Social Cantina

Great atmosphere for dinner and drinks with friends. The tacos are good but my favorite thing to get are the chicken enchiladas. The chicken is flavored perfectly and the rice and beans were not traditional but still tasted good. Always start with the chip and dip flight, the guacamole, queso, green salsa, and mango habanero are my four choices for dips. If beer is your thing they offer some of the Tap beers on draft.

I finally tried Social Cantina after being really resistant to the price. It is on the high end for me, but they do deliver on taste. They give an excellent sized portion of guacamole, and the chips were delicious and fresh. I got two tacos; Ahi Tuna, without the mango, and the Shrimp Verde. Of the two, I preferred the Ahi Tuna just because I thought the spice level was perfect, whereas the habanero crema on the shrimp was just a tad too spicy for my taste. If you love spicy food or the habanero flavor specifically, it's a great option. I also tried their Paloma cocktail, and I'm not usually a grapefruit kind of person, but I loved this

My wife and I both thought this would be a nice place to have drinks, since it is a great location and had a nice atmosphere. The drink selection is nice, and the drink I had was good. The food wasn't that great unfortunately. It was fine, but every other Mexican place in town is better. Also, our waitress brought us a different table's food.
