We stopped at Bloomington Hardee's on 3rd st off I-69 for a restroom break and breakfast. It exceeded all expectations! Restrooms were spotless, staff was friendly and welcoming, service was fast, and food was hot and fresh.

They NEVER answer their phone when you try to call ahead. It's either busy or rings until a fax machine picks it up and you get that annoying dial up noise. THEN you go through drive thru. They have a cow because you didn't call ahead for such an order. But anyway, you tell them you want 10 grilled chicken patties, PATTIES ONLY. Wanna know what they try to charge? Over $60. Hahahaha excuse me? Heck to the no. Need to call customer service (aka corporate)? Forget about it. You'll never speak to a live person and they'll never return your calls. Horrible business management. We will stick to Zaxby's and Wendy's thanks.

Ordered a chicken Biscuit this morning. It tasted like stale oil and was dark brown almost burnt.. The inside of the Chicken was brown and dry. I took one bite and tossed it. The pictures on the sign are a joke !!

Hands down best quick service breakfast around! 😋 plus great customer service and you never know who's eating beside you and the awesome stories they tell!

Love this place since I was a kid! I have been here several times in the last 2 weeks. Rude guy at the window collecting your money and handing out food! I was trying to inquire about the app to order online, but he didn't know he said! I continued to explain why I was asking due to the window cling right there on the window and he said I don't know for the 3rd time. I could see if they were busy to be short and no answer, but they were slow. Fries were barely warm! It's a shame due to this being the only Hardee's in Bloomington!

Ordered 1 biscuit with bacon and egg and
one with just cheese and bacon
I was over charged and received one biscuit with egg only and another
one with chicken and gravy on top of it. I'll be taken that one back as NO one would eat it. guess I'll go to Mc Donalds from here on out. this was on 4/7/22

Best biscuits by far the any other fast food restaurant. Pork chop and sausage gravy biscuits are out of this world. Make sure you try one for your self.

No milkshakes. Then he waited for me to pay and then told me it would take some time for the meat. He was rude about. Dinner time is terrible at this location. Won’t be back.
