Mcdonald's

The inside was a mess. Tables were not clean. The fountain area had spilled soda all over the counter and the floor was sticky with spilled soda. It was a total mess .The food was terrible! My hamburger tasted like it was picked up from the floor. My wifes hambergur was thrown together with so much ketchup and mustard that she had to scrape it all off and rebuild her sandwhich so she could eat it. She ordered the bacon deluxe quarter pounder and only got one piece of bacon. There was food all over the floor. We asked for cups for the ketchup dispenser and we were told no.They didn't have any and was brought a chicken nugget box with ketchup in it. The ice cream machine had ice cream running out from under the machine and no one was making any effort to clean it up. The bathrooms were a complete disaster. Dirty, sticky floor, toilet paper dispenser lid was off, laying on the floor with a roll of toilet paper laying on top. This was in the handicapped stall. Not everyone can bend over and pick something on the floor. We have never seen a restaurant in such bad shape.We write this in hopes someone does something about it. This McDonald's needs to have the health inspector come out and investigate the conditions of the restaurant. My wife and I will not be back. Please look into this. It truly is a health hazard.

Went through drive thru and they gave me the wrong order. When I went in I was accused of trying to steal food by some young kid with a ball on his cap. This happened around 9:15pm Saturday Feb 19th. The employee was rude and two other employees were handling food and picking up trash with no gloves on. When I asked who the District Manager was, They didn't seem to know who it was. I'll be calling District in the morning, Thanks to a friend of mine who also works at the same store. Needless to say I didn't eat my order after it was replaced. You can't trust people like that.

The drive thru was so packed that I went inside. After having to be let in by a fellow patron because the door seems locked from the outside I ordered 4 plain hamburgers 3 fries 3 shakes and a medium big Mac meal. My order #134 after seeing order #136 being picked up I asked where my order might be that's when they decided that they would go ahead and make my order it took me 25 min to get my order. Fast food who says so?
