The food was cold, the cheese in my cheese enchilada wasn’t even melted. I asked for the lettuce and tomatoes to be on the side they didn’t do that, no special sauce they usually put on the Supreme Enchiladas. I ordered a side of beans and they tasted burned. Very disappointed in this restaurant, they used to be my go to for Mexican food, not anymore.

If you’re looking for good Mexican food, El Loro is not the place. It’s a chain, and God only knows where the cooks are from. Prices are high for Mexican food as well. Disappointed that I paid $14 for mediocre fish tacos. The food left me feeling off all night long, which never happens to me. I’d rate it lower but 3 stars because it has a nice atmosphere and our waitress was nice.

Always had good service and food. This visit was bad. Poor quality of food (the beef tasted old). Poor service (they weren't busy). Poor quantity and presentation of food. Long wait time for order.

I ordered 3 shredded beef enchilada rojas no guacamole and 3 ground beef soft shell tacos al a carte for carry out. Picked up the food and they didn't have any silver ware. The enchiladas in a thick layer of cheese, very little meat and no red sauce. The soft shell tacos were wrapped in tin foil soaking in the grease from the meat. No way to get them out whole. Ended up dumping out the meat in the tin container and saw the tomato skins not chunks. Worst meal ever for 24 bucks. Don't go there, find somewhere else!

One of my favorite restaurants! They give you complimentary chips and salsa and a super tasty spicy-white dip. Their happy hour goes until 6 which is nice and their margaritas are delicious! Their serving sizes are also very big so I usually have enough for leftovers.

The service was bad, very slow, we had to ask for refills when drinks were empty. Server not friendly at all. I was very disappointed in the food. I always get the enchiladas rancheros, usually so much pork you cant even find the enchiladas, this time, i couldn't find the pork. The rice was tasteless and chips were stale. We will not return to this location again.
