Ordered a house salad for $42.00 for an event and all I got was a bag of lettuce, 2 unripe tomatoes and a handful of shredded carrots. I can’t justify this price at all. It’s a rip off. When I called the lady after the event she told me she would refund me only if I brought the salad back to her. How would one do that if it was used for an event? It was either I serve it or there was no food. Completely dissatisfied with the food, the price and the service.

How long has this pizza been out in room temperature? Not cool! Oh ya, not to mention the non washing of the sheet pans. Just unload a pizza and put that sheet pan in the stack of unclean sheet pans. Nice.

I have been ordering from Cannoli Kitchen since the opened this location on Powerline in Boca. They argue with you because they do not know their menu. They insult you because they do not listen . I have always enjoyed the food but cannot stand the service. 1 pizza and 1 pasta dish was $50.00 delivered. Tonight was the last order. There are 3 other pizza places just as close. You have lost another customer.

Good selection of different topped pizza in slices available. Take out delivery and eat in at counter. Nice selection of Italian dinners also love the cannoli.

Pizza is amazing but thats it. We got wings for the first time and was surprised to find they charge $1.25 for a 1 ounce ranch. I didn't mind paying extra to put sauce on the wings (which I've never seen before anywhere else) but to charge that much for ranch was excessive.

Don't understand why marinara would be put on a lemon butter white wine sauce..... I have allergies and they never communicated on the menu or on the phone that the piccata would be paired with a red sauce pasta.... I called and no action was taken!
I did ask about the pasta and asked her if I may do an angel hair with the piccata. Which again was not described with a red sauce. I look up pictures and have enjoyed chicken piccata multiple times in my life. I would have simply liked to have been communicated with and when I called action taken..

Placed a pickup order at 730 this evening, went to pick it up at 815, waited for 15 more mins only for them to tell me nothing. I had to ask, and my order wasn't even put in. I politely asked for a refund and they didn't even try to make it right. Awful way to do business! I used to love this place, however I will be going back.
They don't deserve our local business. Go somewhere else!

Been ordering for 2 months now since I moved up the street and my place doesn’t deliver even though I’m still within delivery area but have not had a bad pizza. Tried a Stromboli very big and fresh ingredients. Garlic rolls are good and fresh. They definitely need to be a bit more wet but fresh Italian food!! Can’t ask for more coming from a true Italian!!
