What a dump this place is turned into. Every single table in the place is dirty and has food on it. Even the tables outside. Wasn’t busy inside people are standing around chatting that are employees and they just leave it like that. I even mentioned it to who I’m pretty sure the manager is and he could care less. I got a few photos they’re not great but there’s no excuse for this. You really need to talk to your manager. I’m also sending an email to corporate. Gross!

Nov. 11, 2022@ 5:04 pm. Place is filthy & quiet. No meats prepared just crumbs. I told female line server l’ll wait, she did all she did to discourage me not to wait. Manager, heavyset African American male joking with staff giving NO direction. How difficult is it to keep already prepared food at the ready for customers? Today’s youth is lost! Guess l’ll go elsewhere.

Every time I come here it always takes 10-15 minutes just to be served, 5 people to busy to take customers orders. Every other chipotle has better quality service.

It's a good place to grab as close to healthy as possible on the go for the price. Whomever the food prep supervisor is needs to dial back the salt significantly. Over salting the chicken and steak and beans for that matter just ruins the taste.
Cut back the salt please🙏

Avoid the one 5560 N Military Trl and go to this location instead. Even though they close 30 mins earlier and the drive could be a little farther depending on your location, the customer service here is miles above the other location. The employees are willing to do their job even at later hours to service the clients accordingly. The people who worked at the other location got upset when I walked in 20 mins before they closed. They even told me they couldn’t turn on the machine to heat the burritos LOL. I was surprised they acted that way. But the customer service at this location is what it should be!!

What is the purpose of have a business with a phone number and no one picks up. What is the point of the online chat if you can't get someone real to handle a problem! I called over 10 times and try to chat online. Between the phone and the robot online chat I am done! You need to have better service! No this is not a fake account. I am a real person with real review.

This Chipotle has been hit or miss, but recently seems to have gotten better. In the past you'd order ahead and the order would often be screwed up. Fortunately, this seems to have been resolved.
They seem to have more staff. We most recently visited yesterday, September 27, 2021 and were happy with the store.
Frequented by FAU and other college age students, it is conveniently located.
They no longer sell beer at this store.
