The food is decent. The crab legs are the best part. Personally I didn't enjoy the lobster. And the price is also rather high for what you're getting, especially since a drink isn't even included in the drink! Oh well, it's an experience.

Absolutely gross tasteless lobster .buffet was OK. Staff were incredible though absolutely the nicest people no utensils to even eat the lobster had to use the fork we were given and oddly the lobster was cold

Totally worth it! The lobsters were hot and fresh, as were the crab legs, and they did not have that bay seasoning flavor that some places have which I do not like. The other buffet options I tried were great, the coconut shrimp and butterfly fried shrimp. If you can, ask for Sofia to be your server. She is friendly and super helpful. She demonstrated how to get into the lobsters for the good stuff. I highly recommend you try Whipper Snappers at least once! We will definitely be back!

This whole experience was an absolute nightmare. The food was not seasoned and over cooked. The lobster was as tough as a bad steak. Crab legs left a lot to be desired. The atmosphere was trashy as well as the restrooms.

I do not recommend this place at all. The crab legs had no taste at all. They gave me a huge bowl full but boiled the flavor completely out of the. The waitress Stacy was amazing. She knew we didn't like them so she took them off our bill without us saying anything. The seafood buffet wasn't that good either.

We've decided the best way to enjoy this restaurant is to buy their crab legs, $13LB and take home to eat...
They've been pretty tasty and you can't beat the price.
We get 3 LBS at a time. And for 3 people have plenty to enjoy.
Their butter has been good too. We always melt some of our own to have enough

We technically didn't eat here. We walked in and were sat fairly quickly. Husband and myself browsed the menu and decided we changed our minds. The price for the seafood buffet with lobster was high, however I understood that. I was looking for just a seafood meal, as I cannot eat enough to justify spending that much for one plate of food.

Website gives no info on where and when the seafood buffet is (they have several restaurants there and the sign says it's in back but it isn't) so we go down there on Wed and we were told they only do buffet Thursday, Friday, Saturday so we come back down on Thursday abs we are told they only do the buffet on Friday and Saturday. Big disappointment! Now the restaurant seems very empty and it doesn't smell great inside. Never tried the food though because they don't have a seafood buffet except 2 days of the week.
