Superchicken

Tonight my wife an l had a works burger each and a small serve of chips. First the chips, fresh cooked with great flavour, well done. Couldn't eat them all even though it was a small serve. Now the burgers, probably the best burger from a fish and chip shop we have had. Great size and tasted fantastic especially the meat paddy. We will be coming back again.

Once super chicken had the best chips and burgers. Since the change of owners everything was slowly going downhill. Today their food was completely different, before they at least were somewhat like the previous owners food but now it's just sloppy chips, watered down gravy and a burger that doesn't even taste like chicken. Often I would pass of the poor quality on how busy it was but it was dead today. Honestly I do hope they change for the better but at this point I would not recommend. Staff were nice however

Absolutely terrible! Nothing like the good old super chicken. Ordered two XL chips and gravey. Chips were terribly under cooked (inedible) Rang to let them know. Spoke to the manager and all he said was thanks for letting me know. No refund was offered or to exchange them. Due to the careless response to my complaint I will definitely not be going back to give them another chance.

This place used to be amazing, then the new owners took over and it was ok - understandably they had a few teething issues, but it was ok. Now it is seriously disappointing, to the point of the food being inedible. I have never written a review before, but I was so angry after receiving our order of 2 chips and 2 chicken rolls (which would be hard to stuff up right??), that I felt compelled to write one. The bread rolls were rock hard - they'd clearly been microwaved too long and developed a hard, stale top, with a soggy bottom. The chips were really dark and soggy - my guess is they were using old frying oil as they had a pretty foul taste too. And not to mention the wait time, it was far too long considering there was only 1 other customer waiting. Such a shame to run a great local business into the ground like that. Not sure that they will be around much longer given the slow decline in quality.

We had Superchicken on Sunday night and not only was it delivered on time but the food was BRILLIANT! We ordered the following: - Steakburger with the lot, - The works burger, - 1/2 chicken meal deal thing, and - Sweet potato fries!!! (We have a big family 😉😂) Best fries and sweet potato fries EVER; the chicken was tender & full of flavour, the gravy, peas and carrots were 🤤, and the burgers were delicious! The egg in my steak burger was also runny, winning 👌🏽 We'll have to come in next time & get recommendations on the seafood 😊

Ordered the chicken Fillet Burger and medium chips for just over $11.00. Chips were just too salty to enjoy, burger bun was the highlight of the meal but sadly the "fillet" turned out to be a processed chicken patty which was disappointing considering it's a chicken shop and it's called a fillet burger. The burger also contained a mayonnaise that tasted very synthetic. If they fix the salt content, change the title of the burger or better yet, use a real chicken fillet and invested in a edible mayonnaise this place might go alright.

Recently i had a terrible experience here, the customer service was atrocious. I only ordered large chips and paid with a fifty dollar note. (im positive of this as i had just got it from the ATM, and was the only note i had). The young girl serving returned change for a $20 when i questioned her on this, she refused to check it, i asked for the manager who said he was too busy to deal with it, but would call me later when had time. Of course he never did call back. So ultimately chips that should of cost $8.50 ended up being $38.50. Never again.

Absolute rip off. Ordered on Uber eats, the steak burger are not as advertised and have bertroot plus the steak was terrible, the $8.50 + $1.50 for extra large Chips and Gravy feed 3, the chicken nuggets have more salt than chicken, we ordered ginger beer or ginger ale they sent lemonade and didn't call to organise. Not good enough, no communication and poor value.
