In general the staff are friendly but it definitely shows that a couple of staff don't want to be at work. A smile is free.... The coffee is great, not too hot and reasonably priced. The coffee shop has a great little window facing the footpath and you can quickly order your coffee there. The shop also offers plenty of room for scooter parking.

When I'm in Sandgate I always get my coffee from Mugshots. The coffee is delicious, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the sweet treats are divine. I always leave with a smile on my face, already looking forward to my next visit. Thanks for being a super special part of the Sandgate experience ❤️

All i wanted was a "we are sorry we shouldn't have put that barrier right on the foot path"... I never threatened legal action , you should have done a risk assessment, what if I was elderly or disabled or I cant get out of my car, i wasn't going to pursue this but after you have sworn and treated us like this it is clear to see how you treat people. Disgusting customer service. Have a nice day.

Excellent coffee and has been for years... and I love that they always have rotating beans of the month so you can try different flavours. House bean is a beautiful smooth, creamy with chocolatey notes blend although it is quite mild so would recommend double shot unless you like weak coffee. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Extra points for accepting reusable coffee cups and offering a 50c discount. Other cafes should follow suit, particularly for the environmentally conscious.
