Bagels Plus Deli

I have been to your business 4 times in the last month and a half. The first time we had 2 sausage egg cheese bagels and it was delicious. The 2nd and 3rd time we went before your posted close time of 12pm and the doors were locked. The 4th time we went at 11:30 am and we were told your grill was turned off so we couldn't get our sausage, egg and cheese bagel. You only had bagels and cream available to order. Based on your bio this is a small business that is family run. I would think being a small business you would want to provide exceptional service and provide that service in the business hours you have on your website. Unfortunately we will not be back to support your local business based on or experience.

The bagels here are perfectly fluffy and flavorful. They have a huge assortment of bagels from egg all the way to bacon and cheese. They even dye the blueberry bagels to be blue. Not too long of a wait considering they make everything as the orders come in. Very friendly employees, will be returning.

I highly recommend this bagel place today was my first time trying it out with my husband ALL BAGELSARE HOME MADE which is a plus! Workers were very nice and quick! We ordered the Steak and Cheese Bagel with peppers and onions and I wanted to order like 10 more that’s how great it is! They definitely deserve more tips!

Pressured into tip, get a jar instead. If people want to tip, they should be able to do it freely. Bagels are ridiculously small and flat. Asked for toasted and it just seemed warmed up. Should’ve went to Fancy Bagels like I usually do, but I tried to give this place a try. First and last time going here.

MOLDY CREAM CHEESE. LITERAL BLUE FUZZY MOLD. HOW???!!! YOU'RE A BAGEL STORE. YOU SELL BAGELS AND CREAM CHEESE. THAT'S TWO THINGS TO KEEP TRACK OF. Don't go here. Go to Fancy Bagel. Any day of the week. Horrible bagels btw. Walmart has better bagels. Cvs has better bagels and they don't even have bagels.

The fact that the workers pressure you into tipping them is completely upsurd and makes me totally uncomfortable. If I want to leave a "gratuity" ill tell you, dont ask me!! Last time ill ever come here, I suggest you all do the same. Pluse there is other bagel places here in Bristol that make you feel completely comfortable that dont beg you for your money. Screw this place! Never again!!!
