The chicken is great and they have a great spices and sauces but a employee charged me $3 for a fork and the Zaxby's sauce separate from my order and I said if he was seriously he said yeah. Later I wait for him to leave and then ask another employee and he said they were free. Kind of mad but glad I didn't actually buy it. Good food though.

I always get excited to stop at a Zaxby's, then am always disappointed when I leave. Super slow service, as at every one of these chains, and the service is just unfriendly enough to make you annoyed about every minor issue. The food is pretty great for fast food chicken, but sometimes that's not enough

Chicken was very delicious and cooked perfectly. Was skeptical since i had never eaten here before , since in the part of Texas where im from there isn’t a location .

Came around 9pm and there were no customers in lobby. Everything was fresh except the chicken which was very cold. Said something to cashier she then proceeded to tell the cook and he didn't seem happy to have to make fresh chicken and stated in a rude manner it would be 8 minutes do you want to wait that long. After getting it fixed steam was coming off the chicken. Make sure if it's later at night the food is fresh.

Most tables in the dining room were dirty and not wiped down. Staff was overall disinterested and the tea tasted like it was made yesterday. Unfortunately, if it doesn’t improve, it will go out of business similar to the Steak n Shake next door.

The cobb salad I've ordered tasted out of this world. The toast was perfect! Wonderful lemonade. I wish I could give more then 5 stars! I would recommend 👌.

1 stars for the young manager guy (in his 20's) that worked late shift on a tuesday. He sells 2-3 day old cookies to the customers. He told me that. But the red hair girl was more sincere, more nice and professional/helpful. They should switch positions.

Salad not very good. My friend raved about the salad. I got house with fried chicken & it was barely edible. I obviously ordered the wrong thing.
