Very dissatisfied and disappointing cant even make a veggie aub the WAY its made on the menu paid for extra cheese didn't get it nor the oregano salt pepper or olive oil, THANK GOD THEY REMEMBERED NOT TO PUT TOMATOES ON IT but I didn't order cucumbers if I didn't order it then I WOULD NOT LIKE IT ON MY SANDWICH will NOT be returning to this location 😀

Service at this store has become very disappointing. Orders placed online are never ready when they are suppose to be. We use to come in and eat before COVID, but now we place orders for pick up. The last three times we have placed an order it has not been ready at the time given in the email for pick up. Today it was a 16 minute wait past the given pick up time inside the store just to get the sandwiches we paid for through the app. We are extremely disappointed in the decline of service at the Volunteer Pkwy store.
