Broma's Deli

I had lunch at Broma's Blue Plate (which is inside the deli). The fried chicken, greens and sweet potatoes were very good. The staff was very friendly and worked very hard to clean the tables as soon as people left. The food is served buffet style, not all you can eat. You pick meat and sides. The drink and dessert comes with the meal. The price can vary depending on the amount of meat and sides you choose. Nice spot.

I called in an order tonight for four fried chicken strips and French fries. We waited 45 minutes for it. When we got the meal, it wasn’t fried chicken strips, it was grilled. On top of that it wasn’t cooked all the way. So I took it back and told them what had happened and they said ok we’ll fix it. 10 minutes later they brought it to me and I thought to myself this should be the right order. Got half way home and decided to look and it wasn’t. The same strips they gave me the first time. All they did was stick it back on the grill for a little bit longer. I do not recommend this place as it is now. It used to be a good place to eat.

Tonight I ordered a chicken quesadilla, a baked potato, and a Chicken wrap. My quesadilla was burnt on one side so they put the burnt side down. The baked potato had burnt bacon on top. The experienced cook must’ve taken the evening off. The chicken wraps were shockingly small did not look worth the money I spent on them. All the food came to me at room temperature so that was disappointing. You really need to step up your game.
