Waffle House

Might be the worst Waffle House I have ever been in. The floor looks like it has not been cleaned in months. The waffle marker has not been cleaned in a hot min. I made a to go order and two tables that sat down about 10 mins after me placing said order they still received their food first when they ordered the same thing I did. I can't even understand how that happens when you order a Allstar. I give this store a 0 on cleanliness and a 1 on customer service. At the time I was here they were only sitting 3 tables at a time with 4 staff members working. If I owned this Waffle House I would close it if this was the best I could do to staff it. I left almost a $10 tip on a $11 ticket because I felt very sorry for this place and the people. If everyone tip what they are worth they would never receive anything other than their hourly wage. This is sad that the American work force has come to this.

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the food was good. However the atmosphere is horrible. When we got there we were the only white folk there, and half way through eating another white couple came in and ordered. Shortly after they ordered the waitress apparently had a question for the lady and proceeded to yell "hey white girl". So my guess is if your white be ready for reverse racism. Will never set for in this place again.

Worst place ever! The cook was sleeping when we step in. It was around 5:40 PM. The server never say helllo to us or offer to us where to sit. Later when she took the order never explained , never smiled , she said the coffee was from the mornk, and can’t make any.. WTH.. The food arrive tasteless, soggy; it was a nightmare.. the other reviews mentioned this individuals that work here.. they’re right about everything.. Corporate please close this location

I wouldn't eat there PERIODT ‼️ Just because my ex Dustin Thompson a white male with alot of tattoos who is a cook there is been trying to sleep with his manager ZELDA and other female employees that's works here at the Brookhaven Ms waffle house and I have proof and screenshots right here.. smh!! I think corporate needs to know bout what goes on in the dark in this place.. I definitely give this nasty azz place a 0..

No waffles! That should have been our first sign that this place had problems. Just keep moving on down the road. You would be better off eating gas station food or fasting. After waiting forever to order, we waited an additional forever for food…drinks actually arrived after the food. One person’s food arrived after everyone else had eaten. When we were leaving or escaping, I noticed that most tables were filled with people and no drinks or food. Just sad. The restroom and floors were absolutely disgusting as well. Just keep on driving.
