Domino's Pizza

They lied to me. Says free pizza after the two minute window and they just end it after 45 seconds. Then make you wait five minutes until you call, panicked someone else may have taken your food. Just to have some guy act clueless, spend another 5 mins while somehow look for it. And send it out another 5 minutes later. Oh and they didn’t have my soda either. No call to let me know. Tried to toss the pizza in the car and leave without even mentioning it. TERRIBLE. I WANT ME FREE PIZZA AS ADVERTISED

My wife and I usually enjoy ordering the pizza and dip but the last few times have been horrible including last night. We ordered and it stated that it would be done in 20 min but we ended up waiting over an hour and last night they turned off the timer again during the wait to avoid giving us the free Pizza even though we had to wait.

DO NOT ORDER VIA THE APP, DO NOT TRUST THE DELIVERY WINDOW,. DO NOT EXPECT A REFUND FOR NOT RECEIVING YOUR FOOD AND BEING INCONVIENANCED. BUT DO EXPECT AN ATTITUDE WHEN YOU CALL ABOUT IT. I chose contactless delivery, with instructions to leave the food if I am not available. I waited for HOURS as the delivery estimate stayed the same but still no food, after working all day I fell asleep... Either go and pick it up or go through a 3rd party vendor. EDIT: WOW look at all of the Local Guides that have given a 1 star! Even though I am a local guide too, all reviews are equally important, it's just illuminating.

This will probably be the last time i order from this place every time i do they either forget something or mess my order up i didn't even want to give it one star because this isn't the first time that this happened!!! And the chicken wings i just ordered were disgusting they were all slimey like they cooked them in the microwave..

I called the store for delivery the answer service picked up....of course you could not understand the answering service had heavy foreign accents. I asked to be connected to the Brookhaven Store. I was connected. When the Brookhaven Store picked up I attempted to order.... The man on the other end RUDELY YELLED CALL AND ORDER FROM THE ANSWER SERVICE AND HUNG UP ON ME... NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!
