Once again I came to the chicken place to get chicken and they didn't have chicken at 8 PM.
Just change your name to Taco Bell if you're not ever going to sell chicken.
Then I order steak chalupas steak is an up charge over ground beef see the pictures that's clearly not steak it's ground beef so they overcharged me for their grade E meat.

Dining area still closed. Got tacos … the taco shells were stale. Chips were also stale.
We were only car in line, and they still asked us to pull around to wait for our order.
Staff was nice and pleasant to talk to.
This place is in need of management.
It’s possible the real problem is the franchise owner …
The place just seems sad.

So, this is a review...but more like a question; Why is the Taco Bell part of the combined Taco Bell/KFC always unavailable? When I get KFC, the food is hot and I don't have any issues. The staff is mostly nice and accommodating. The problem is that the Taco Bell is rarely available, when I go. It's not just at night, this has happened during daytime hours. What is going on??

I stopped going years ago due to the level of service. However, since Chris has started there, his patient and friendly demeanor has me visiting again. I give 5 stars now thanks to Chris's level of service and those delicious Chipotle cantina tacos! Keep up the great work!

How hard is it to update your hours? It says open until 1am and they are closed at 10 on 4/15 I see multiple other reviews that say this same thing. This taco bell and every other one in the area does this same thing. Ridiculous.

I tried to order a burrito with black beans, rice, shredded cheese, and sour cream.. that’s it, and the employees just couldn’t understand the order (I spoke to 2 people). I had to leave without food because they “just don’t know what burrito I’m trying to order”. I come across this problem at every Taco Bell with this order. What is happening??????
